First, this rating has nothing to do with the hard working staff at this hotel. The front desk teams were courteous and helpful no matter how busy they were. My room was cleaned and fresh towels daily.nNow the reason I disliked it...i was on the 3rd floor. The people above me would walk across the floor and it sounded like the ceiling in my room was going to cave in. Not because they were heavy footed, but like the building is still settling. Then, whenever the toilet was flushed upstairs, it would run through the pipes in the wall right next to the bed. Have management ever stayed in these rooms overnight? The mattress was rock hard. The pillows were good. Good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast is being served in a board room. The lady filling the food bins is running herself ragged trying to keep up and having to transport food from one end of the hotel to the other.nMaybe once the place is renovated these issues will be addressed, but until then, I will have a hard time recommending and will probably stay down the street somewhere else.
This Holiday Inn Express was clean&comfy! The only reason I gave them a four star is because it's under renovation&that should be said to coming customers&let us decide whether we'd like to stay there during reservation¬ get surprised by it. The employees were great. Kind, courteous&knowledgeable. Stop on in&see for yourself. Enjoy!
From the ladies on front desk to house keeping. Absolutely phenomenal service and friendly staff! I stayed because I work nights locally in the area and needed a place close to rest after a long night. That's exactly what I got a quiet room and the best sleep in one of the most comfortable beds in town!nnThank you all, again for a wonderful stay!nnMiss.Patrice
Amazing customer service. Came late night and got a room. I was helped by a female who was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend. Rooms are suler clean and organize. Bathroom is also nice ad clean. Plenty of towels. Will definitely be back.
We loved this place. It is being remodeled, still well maintained, unique breakfast for Covid-19, reasonable price and great staff. Definitely a keeper. We came back for a second night we liked it so well.
