This was a great find on VRBO. Tons of room and it can sleep well over the 12 that it advertises. We had 6 adults and 8 kids and still had room to spare in the beds and couches to spare. It was comfortable, conveniently located, well kept, and very spacious. A fantastic place for a couple of families that wanna stay somewhere together. And with the prices of hotels on this holiday weekend, it wasn't any more expensive to get this VRBO and have the privacy and comfort of your own place for the weekend. Highly recommend.
Love the character of all the rooms! The upstairs is very cool! It is best to rent the entire house for family gatherings! Close to hiking, mtn. Biking and shopping.

Nice historic house for family reunions. The steep stairs are tricky for sleepwalkers.
