Brandon and John were very helpful. The process was very smooth, both initially talking to them over the phone and in person on the day I arrived at the store. Very nice store, although the location is not the best for taking a test ride. Top notch customer service experience.
So, my son busted a tire at 545 tonight. These guys close at 6 and I'm 25 minutes away.... they stayed open, had a crew ready to replace the tire and the only commitment they wanted was for him to ride. Top notch place, amazing people with better service.
I needed a bike assembled that I purchased online. It was completed in less than 24 hours. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I will return to this location for my future biking needs.
Great guys, knowledgeable. The bikes are nutty good. Blown away by the quality and the ride. Accessories are quite pricey, would like to see more mid range and low range versions. All in all, great shop.
