Very clean and nice staff. Only concern was the heavy curtain does not close on first floor. Could see people walking past in morning. Would like a little more privacy.
Enjoyed the stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Was actually nice to sit in the breakfast room and actually have breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful ud83dudc4d
My family and I were traveling through South Dakota and needed a place to stay for one night. Prices were reasonable and location was convenient, so why not!? This is early February 2021, we’re still dealing with that pesky little thing called Coronavirus. There was a sign in the door that stated masks were required but that’s where the compliance ended. I will note the one staff at the front desk we came in contact with was wearing a mask but no other guests were and mask wearing was not enforced by staff. The place was outdated but decent enough for one night, I just wish the mask mandate was enforced for the safety and comfort of all guests.
The room was clean but I got the room for my kids to swim while on vacation all three of my kids left with chemical burn from the chlorine, and my eyes were burning and I wasn't even in the pool, very unhappy!!! Not to mention one of the front desk ladies was not friendly whatsoever. Very disappointed!
From check in to check out, excellent experience. We stay in choice hotels all over the country and this is definitely at the top. If your using points, not worth the spend, as the rates are cheaper on their own. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and loved it! Clean, relaxing and very refreshed for the next days adventures. Absolutely no doubt, price, service, room, comfort, this is the place in rapid for choice hotels.
