Beautiful old house, built in the early 1900's. Great breakfast and very nice room on the upper floor. Had a lot of fun at the house and in FossilnItself,

Quiet and peaceful. A last minute winter trip to a small town. On short notice, we were provided a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, nice breakfast and the atmosphere of a 1905 abode. The surrounding vistas while driving to/from Fossil were amazing.

For a B&B this is the best one I've been to yet. Chris and Connie are wonderful hosts that truly make you feel safe and at home. This place is very clean and has high speed internet.

A great place to stay! My partner and I stayed just the one night but the room was great. Very large room, on suite bathroom and a very soft bed. I slept great but my partner had some trouble on the soft mattress. It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room but I had to ask our host to let me into the kitchen to use the microwave after 9 or so. We had a great time overall and really enjoyed talking with the couple who runs it. Would absolutely stay again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt B&B, arriving by motorcycle from Portland. This three-story turn of the century house has been one of the nicest homes in the area for well over a century. Owners Chris and Colleen keep it immaculate while preserving that old time charm. We stayed in one of the large rooms on the ground floor with private remodeled bath, super comfy bed, and just the right amount of antique furniture to remind you of the history behind the place. In the morning Chris made us a breakfast of fruit, eggs, toast, yogurt, and of course plenty of good coffee while telling us about the place and life in Fossil. It's obvious the owners love it and put their heart and soul into caring for it. We plan to stay there again. Chris was also very meticulous with social distancing, sanitizing surfaces, and providing plenty of antiseptic wipes.nnOne word of advice however: this is a very small, quiet town, and the one grocery store and two(?) restaurants close early. We arrived at 6pm on a Sunday evening and all three had already closed for the night. Good thing we brought a few snacks! Next time we'll plan ahead and either have dinner in another town or call ahead and make sure to arrive earlier before the restaurants close.
