Every time I go in to pick up photos there is an extremely large female manager who is rude to me. I'm obviously next in line and she talks to other customers before helping me. The last incident she was quite rude and snappy with me when I was attempting to purchase photos. Her rudeness was out of line and I made the decision to not pick up my photos due to her horrendous behavior.
Terrible customer service after waiting 10 minutes for help. Neither employee new how to work the machine. Pictures were printed dark and when I print the pictures at a different store the photo was not dark.
Very easy to use and usually is very fast
