Condotel

The fine people at Condotel managed my second home until I decided to sell it. They were fantastic to deal with... always responsive to my needs! I would highly recommend them and I also used them as a tenant many years ago, which is how I knew of them when it came time to rent my own home!

We were not happy at all with our stay at 302 Mockingbird Ruidoso NM. The view of the cabin was amazing, we loved the area, kids enjoyed being outside it has a nice deck... Cabin was cozy, it was enjoyable 3 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 8 people. BUT it was filty, very dusty, full of dog hair everywhere I mean everywhere, the cabin was so dusty I don't think it had been cleaned in months, I had to vacuum the carpet and the couches as soon as I got there because there was so full of dog hair everywhere. I did take out all the trash and do the dishes like they asked us to do, or they will charge you a extra cleaning fee! Are you serious cleaning fee?? I think I left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. This cabin is the dirtiest we've been to... VERY DUSTY, VERY DIRTY!!!!!!! Will not book here again. I did take pictures because I could not believe how dirty and dusty it was.. They say you get what you pay for but it wasn't cheap either!!!

We’ve stayed with Condotel a few different times. Every time we speak to the office they’re always super friendly! For this trip we were staying at one of the Cozy Cabins, but our hot water heater was not working. Jovani was super apologetic and immediately moved us to another property (which was nicer than the one we were at). We like staying with them bc the office staff are very helpful and extremely accommodating!

The process of “checking in” at their office to wait for a packet that is given to you in the app is inefficient and a little reckless (10’s of people waiting for a meaningless packet) in this time of covid. They insisted that we check in despite already paying in full and having the home address and door code. Why though?? We stood outside of their office and waited with MANY others for their antiquated method of delivering the same information we already had.nnWe got our packet at 4 pm and arrived to the house.nnThe house was NOT cleaned - as in all 4 bedrooms, the kitchen, all common areas and the 3 bathrooms. The house driveway IS under construction, even when “Jovan“, an employee, says it’s not. When we notified the office they apologized but then said that it’s something to expect due to “spring break”. No, I shouldn’t have to expect a dirty home after a 10 hour drive - spring break or not. That’s unacceptable. When we spoke with the assistant, she kept repeating that we will not be given a refund. At no point did we ask or ever allude to seeking a refund. All we wanted was a little empathy and a little sincerity and we got none. The cleaners arrived and they did a great job of cleaning the house in a little over an hour.nnWe will never use Condotel again and I advise that you all do the same. We booked through Airbnb - so beware when you see anything regarding VTrips - it’s the same company.

Giving this place a one star is a joke, i wish i could give them a -5. I really dont know how to start, i have never had to give such a bad review. First $150 cleaning fee for us to have to clean everything, 2nd the smell omg i think we booked a sewer cabin, 3rd sink backed up, 4th hot tub durty, 5th propane was empty, 6th trash all over the back of the house, 7th list of all the possible charges they may charge you just becuse they feel the need kind of makes me worried about writing this i might find a charge on my card later, 8th THE SMELL ud83eudd22ud83eudd2e 180 Crown Ridge cant belive this is how you manage peoples propertys.
