Upper Canyon Inn & Cabins

We had a great experience here! Our cabin (303) was very clean and cozy. It was a perfect for my husband, myself, and our pup. The only negative was that we only spent one night! We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

We stayed in the Ponderosa Cabin. It was clean and everything was in the cabin as stated but the beds were awful! There is also a note in the cabin stating they will charge you if cigarette butts are left- well either they are charging people and not cleaning up or they are blowing smoke about that. There were so many butts laying on the ground outside we didn't feel it was safe to let our dogs down in the area by the cabin- Gross! I also gave the management a week to respond after emailing them about these issues and no response- seems they do not care.

Perfect place to stay in Ruidoso! We stayed in Cabin 16 and loved it so much. Perfect location...we will be back! We couldn't figure out how to turn the gas fireplace on and the office sent someone right over to help us. Easy check in and out.

We stayed at singing pines cabin and absolutely loved it!! Lots of room, lots of deer, everything was clean and the staff was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend Shadow Mountain Lodge and cabins. Very nice. Quiet, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed it there and will come back the next time we are in Ruidoso. You have everything you need in this small lodge, kitchen, nice bed and bath and living area. Nice surroundings and close to everything. Pet friendly which is a big plus for us. Thank you.
