Smokey Bear Motel

My name is Roger Browning and I am a writer. This motel is one of my favorites. The rooms are always clean and it is ran by very friendly people. It is a locally owned mom and pop business and that is what makes it so great. Doors open out to its front and you park easily right out your door. It is reminiscent of the personal visits of old road travel, when a time much easier and fun, but even in these difficult times, a stay here brings it all back to mind. It is situated right in the heart of Capitan, but gives you a faraway feel and is just a few walking steps to a resturaunt with beginning title, the same. I love the feel when you open the morning door and the crisp mountain air greets your start. A beautiful personal experience and fine owners to go along with that. The owner is on site. Family run place. Very polite. The rooms were spotless, safe and secure.!! Even the ceiling was was dust free!! The area is great. I ate at the Smokey bear restaurant next door, the food was delicious.nI will stay there again, on future trips.
