Lin promptly refunded my deposit after my plans changed. Excellent customer service. I didn't get to stay there but it warranted leaving a good review.

Very nice and classy place. The owner Lin has sunk a pretty penny into this place. I will be staying here until I find a house in the Clovis area. Lin gave me a quick tour, and was very patient with my endless questions. I give an honest 5 star rating.

Called to get a room and was ensured there was plenty of rooms available. Our family home caught on fire and wanted to stay in the local area while we rebuilt it. Once I tried to actually book the room Lynn asked how many people and I stated we had 2 very small children with us. ALL of a sudden they no longer had rooms available and couldn’t accommodate us. It was very upsetting and if need be we would of got two rooms If having children was the issue.

Very secure, they lock the main door by a 8pm, and have security cams. Cool circuit GYM and friendly staff. My overall experience was very good! I met new amazing people and made some friend. They also have free laundry!!

I really enjoyed staying here for the year-and-a-half that I had to, Lynn is a really nice person and very helpful, and so is Dr G, if you're looking for a very affordable place to stay this is the place, they don't have a continental breakfast or nothing like that but for the money that you're paying it's well worth staying there, if I ever return to Clovis I will look them up again if I need to oh, well trying to find a apartment or something like that to live in permanently. And since the rooms are so affordable, you can go out and eat breakfast oh, LOL.
