A Better Roofing Company

A good value, honest and reliable. Estimator was thorough in answering all questions and listened to our concerns. Materials delivered ahead of time and respectful of my and neighbor’s property. Roofers safeguarded our landscaping - no damage done to my beautiful garden. Job started on-schedule. Final cost of roof did not exceed estimate. Front Office maintained great communication and very helpful. Personable General Manager visited after the job was completed to answer any questions and deliver warranty.

Out of the three bids they were the cheapest so you do get what you pay for as far as service. Their responsiveness and professionalism are horrible. They didn't show up on the date I scheduled with their employee Paul. The response I received was sorry but that's not the date we have on our schedule. When I asked their employee Paul what happened he said that he didn't know and that he had the same date I did, and again he was sorry also. They did the roof extremely fast, less than a day and a half which I'm not sure is a good thing but only time will tell on that hopefully its fine. Once the workers left I didn't hear from the company for another week to schedule payment which seemed weird to me. They should learn to treat their customers better.

I didn't have any issues with my roof at the time, but called several companies about 2 years ago. A Better Roofing Company was the only one that said I could go another year or so with the roof I had. The other companies were pressuring me to get it done then. It's been about two years and I called A Better roofing company because they were honest and reasonably priced. I was very pleased with they guys that came to do the roof, professional, clean and nice to chat with. It was done in 2 days, dumpster came and went quickly. The guys cleared all the debris before leaving the first night as well as the final day. Working with Michael was a pleasure! And Teresa was always in contact with me to let me know what was going on before, during and after.nThank you A Better Roofing Company!

I had Alan come out and give me a bid on a new roof for my house and he he helped me with every aspect of the project. It was my first ever roof replacement so I knew very little. I had four bids total and A better roofing was the only company that explained the details of the project and let me know what to expect. All the other companies I had out just measured and sent me a bid via email. Alan took the time to give me a bid on the spot and go through the details.nnThe installation went seamlessly. The crews arrived on time and finished our 1000 sq ft home in just over one day. The installers came back the second day just for finish up and a tidy. Everything was left clean and it looks great.nnAnother thing to mention, one of the circuits tripped due to the workers tools overloading the circuit. I couldn't figure out which circuit had tripped but A better roofing had an electrician at my house in less than 30 minutes to fix the problem. I was being a dummy not checking all the breakers but I was very happy that It was an easy fix and that they were on top of it.nnVery happy with the result. I'm in a similar business, (Replacement windows), and these guys know how to treat a customer well.nnNo high pressure sales and kept me informed every step of the way.nnWill definitely be referring this company to my customers in the future.nnThank you!nnDanny
