I needed a roof inspection done during my home buying process and my friend recommended Rainier Roofing. They worked with me to schedule a day and time and sent someone out, free of charge! Anthony performed a thorough walk through and gave me an honest assessment of my roof and when it would need to be replaced. He provided a detailed quote and answered all of my questions about their products and install process. When the time came to have the work done, Jared made the process simple and stress free. He helped me choose the right product and was constant communication, from the day the demolition started, until the dumpster was picked up. I had a great experience working with the Rainier Roofing team and my new roof looks great!

Jared and his crew came out to do a full roof replacement on our house. They were prompt and communicative from the initial estimation all the way through the end of the job. They were fast, professional, and were able to complete everything in just two days, with a cleanup and walkthrough on the third day. We're very happy with the work that they did .

Jared and his team did a great job with the installation and we feel that they were honest and upfront with what to expect. I really appreciated their good, better and best approach to sales. My only issue would be related to clean up and it wouldn't normally be a big issue but since we are working and learning from home it should have been a bigger priority. They did clean up but waited until the end of the day. Since we were all at home coming in and out I think that it would have been reasonable to do a quick clean up at lunch as well. With as many people that were on site it would have taken just a few minutes.

Top notch experience all the way around! We just had our roof replaced by Rainier Roofing, and we could not be happier. We got bids from a couple different companies, and while Rainier was not the lowest cost they were competitive and they did by far the most thorough assessment of our roof before giving us their bid. Anthony looked in our attic to check for moisture and assess the condition of things that might need attention, climbed up on our roof to assess further, and talked to me about how Rainier would handle a couple of unique things about our roof. I was most confident that Anthony and Rainier gave us a well thought out bid, and I knew what the remaining unknowns were that might cost more once they removed the old roof. The other companies I spoke with just walked me through a brochure and provided a bid after a cursory walk around the house - so I was concerned that we would get up-charged when they started the work (or worse yet that they would cut corners on the job).nnWhen it came to doing the work, Rainier was awesome - they definitely lived up to their 5-star Yelp rating! Jared was great at communicating from initial scheduling and all the way through the job. Renee and his crew showed up right on time, worked their tails off, and were very clean and respectful of our property and our neighbors throughout. Our roof came off on day one, shingles went on on day two, and they finished up on day three including great attention to detail in the finishing work. There were no surprises (other than the speed with which they completed the work) - we only needed to replace a couple of plywood boards and an extra flapper vent that they found was not installed correctly by whoever did the roof previously. So only a minor expense, and well within what we had anticipated. Jared and team cleaned up our yard when they were done, including use of a big magnet to find any stray nails/staples/etc. so our dog would not discover them in her foot.nnI highly recommend Rainier Roofing - you will not be disappointed!

At first I was skeptical of Rainier Roofing Co. since it seemed a little fishy that they had so many high reviews on a variety of websites. I decided to use them since I had a tight deadline and they guaranteed in the contract that they would do it on time. I'm very glad that I did. From initial inspection to completion of the job they were awesome. They replaced my roof ahead of schedule and gave me a detailed rundown of all features of the work. Here I am now giving them a five star review!
