Our stay here was incredible! Very clean, cozy and charming!! The hospitality was top notch. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast. And the homemade breakfast was delicious! Thank you Morgan and team for a very special weekend:)
I just stayed here last night, I have to say my husband and I loved it. The customer service is amazing and they really try hard to make sure you’re comfortable during these covid times. It’s nice and close to everything too. The bed is so comfy and the breakfast the next day so delicious highly recommend the French toast and chocolate chip pancakes. Morgan is so kind and a great host. We’ll be back
My husband and I loved this place. Staff, cleanliness, attention to detail, location, atmosphere... all great. There was even a map of the area in our room. We were sent a text with all of the area dining options, their price range and proximity to the inn. We stayed in the cottage. Codes were sent to access both the building itself and the individual rooms. There is a kitchenette area on site that offers complimentary drinks and snacks. There is also a mini fridge on site and ice machine. Our room had a jetted tub and a gas fireplace. Towels were nice and thick. They even included a scented oil packet for the jetted tub, q-tips, cotton balls, a blue microfiber towel for removing makeup and makeup removal towelettes. Would definitely recommend. We will be staying again in the near future. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.
This was our second stay and I'm sure we'll come again. We only stayed in the room and did not have breakfast. The room was great; clean, comfortable, everything worked nicely. But, like most old homes, it was a bit too noisy in the morning to sleep past 7am due to flushing toilets, closing doors, and loud people on the stairs. The location is perfect and if you time it right the value is great. They can get expensive when tourists are in town but we go around those times and enjoy the Beach Tree Inn.
This place is great. Comfortable, clean, and location is perfect as very walkable to the Cliff walk. Parking is available although not too difficult to park on street as well. The service is the best part - breakfast is fantastic and on time every morning as requested. Try the french toast - you won't be disappointed! Highly recommended stay for Newport.
