Here for a little get-a-way while the kids have no school. We LOVE this hotel! Our room is large and has everything we could need! The beds and pillows are comfy. The pool is clean and nice and warm! The reason I am writing a review though is because of the staff, we haven’t had any problems, but the staff has been SO friendly and informative with even the most simple questions. The front desk hosts in building 1 and 2 this evening were just so friendly and welcoming. We feel so comfortable and relaxed here. We were just going to spend one night but we are so happy here we booked another night. Also, we had dinner at Tickets across the street and had an amazing meal beginning to end. The best staff and delicious food! We are going back for breakfast in the morning!
We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The front desk was helpful and kind, the amenities were gorgeous and well maintained, and the view from our room was stunning. Good parking too. Also, the restaurant they have a relationship is excellent. The delivery menu is limited, busy it's worth strolling over for the expanded take out menu if you want to have a quiet night in.
Beautiful stay. Loved the location and they even had parking!! Receptionist could not have been nicer! Very little wait time to check in. Great wifi, sundeck and other amenities.
Such a great hotel! Location was great, amenities including pool and fitness center were so great to use! Loved the proximity to the beach and downtown! Rooms were so spacious and loved the marble bathrooms! We worked remotely and had really fast wifi! Lastly, the restaurant Tickets Bar & Grille had the risotto I've ever had!
so amazing! gorgeous hotel and view... also the room service was amazing (from across the street @ tickets)! totally recommend 10/10
