Been coming here for six years now with my wife. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Newport the owner is a great guy and always takes good care of us. The rooms are super clean and makes you feel like your at home. We get the top floor jacuzzi room every time we come and love it you get a nice balcony with a great view of the ocean. Highly recommend this place the location is the best liquor store right across the street beach right across the street followed by the great restaurants.

What a charming inn! The rooms are cozy and clean, with great common spaces for families staying together. The owner was very attentive, accommodating and pleasant to interact with. There is an adorable little snack area with lots of breakfast options, snacks for kids and a big ice machine for your beach coolers. The location is in walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, no need to drive much. We would definitely stay here again!
9 room inn with a ln amazing host. Had a view from the 3rd floor with perfect amount of space for me, my wife and a toddler. Close to everything and perfect continental breakfast in the AM.
needed to get away close to home and in a CLEAN place. this was it! beautiful rooms close to great food and short walk to easton beach. most definatly will be back. whoever cleans clearly has high standards and attention to detail.
