Great park! Very quiet and relaxing environment. Amazing and helpful staff! I've lived here full time for a few years and I love it. The new owners have made and continue to make great improvements. I highly recommend this park!
It is a wonderful seaside retreat, with all the convince of the beaches and attractions from both Historical Newport , Middletown, communities of aquaneck island
Simple place with nice people. Nice and quiet. Close to the ocean and Cliff Walk. Love it there. Diane is sweet and so helpful. We love going there

Free Wifi is very slow (0.2Mbps), pay for upgrade ($3/day, 3Mbps). Not fast, but okay for video conference or streaming.nnDo not miss the Second Beach! There is also another lovely park nearby: Paradise Valley Park.nnRI road is not friendly for bicycle, ride with care.
