I spent two months at Villa 120 and it was an incredible and experience. It's a great option for military personnel who are TAD to SWOS or are attending the Naval War College. This historic mansion is situated on a quiet street, but still has the advantage of being just a short, pleasant walk to the heart of Newport.nCorinna, the owner, is the most genuine and kind hostess I have ever booked an Airbnb with. If I ever had any questions, she was always around to answer them in person or was just a quick phone call or text message away. She also went above and beyond to change my reservation dates several times and gave me an invoice in the format that I required to be properly reimbursed by my employer.nCorinna's efforts made my stay in Newport fun and stress-free. I highly recommend Villa 120 to anyone who wants to experience the historical aspect of the Newport/Middletown area with the same modern conveniences and comforts you'd find at home!

We love staying at the Villa 120. The rooms are so pretty and spacious. You feel like royalty staying there. We did anyways. There is plenty of parking and easily accessible to all the sights of Newport. Corinna is such a lovely person, she made us feel so comfortable and was such a lovely lady. We can not wait to stay there again! !!!

Cannot believe our daughter had her wedding at this wonderful and special place nearly 3 years ago. When we speak about the wedding, Villa One Twenty is right there on top as the most memorable events for that weekend. You will not be disappointed if you stay here, especially if it is a very special occasion.

Corinna was a wonderful host and the rooms at Villa 120 are an EXCELLENT choice for visitors, and long term students at the Naval Station Newport like myself. I stayed for 2 months during a recent TDY assignment. Corinna was an excellent host, answering questions promptly before my arrival and during the booking process, and regularly ensured that the room was to my satisfaction regularly throughout the stay. The house is beautiful - as advertised. The rooms come fully equipped with a refrigerator, and I was able to make my own meals and store ingredients in the kitchen and pantry area. The location is very well situated - I could be from the house to Naval Station Newport in about 5-7 minutes, and I frequently went for runs at the Newport beaches which are also very convenient. Can’t say enough positive things about it.

Owner is wonderful - Great service - Beautiful home - Incredible Food - Perfect Location, Amazing Recent Renovation with incredible attention to detail..... close enough to get anywhere in 10 min and far enough away to be quiet. Would not stay anywhere else when we go back. Great Spot!
