We stayed here after we found out the pool was closed at the original hotel we had booked. The hotel itself and our room was nice but I wouldn't stay here for the pool. It was on the small side, only 3-4 ft deep and not very warm. Staff were friendly and bagged breakfast was decent
Rooms were large & thoroughly cleaned. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly. Check-in & check-out process was easy. I will stay here again in the future!
Went to check out to house in the future. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, bright, rooms, well furnished. A brand you can rely on for quality and price. We'll give it a try.
Just not a great place. It is by far nothing like advertised. Brace your self for the ice cold pool an no hot tubs. Plus the out dated rusted and broken tub hardware in the room made it all even better. When I asked for the manager I was surprised to hear I was talking to the manager. Best part when I told them I'd cancel an go elsewhere I was told they can cancel for me but I gotta contact some 3rd party for a refund mind you a 2 day stay for 2 rooms was not cheap plus asked me for $100 more at check in. Never again will I plan a family get away again with Holiday Inn. I gave 1 star because I had no choice. Thanks for your great service Lauren that out dated hotel that the pool permit expired in last month and horrible service was a great choice....
Outstanding service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Upgraded decor and very clean from inside to the outside.
