The gentleman working the front desk at The Casa was very nice, understanding and accommodating, I really wish our stay past the main entrance would've lived up to those expectations. The short version, don't waste your hard earned money here. From the pics online it looks lovely however everything about our weekend getaway was sub-par. To the point that we were scheduled to leave at Sunday checkout and instead left at 11pm Saturday night and drove home. Not one part of the stay lived up to the hype, it would take a huge turn around in their overall attention to detail for me to ever go back.nnUncomfortable pillows, no microwave, toilet wouldn't flush- had to call maintenance, rooms and common areas look overall unfinished in their decor , the breakfast selections were limited and not very tasty, service at all the restaurants on site was slow and not overly friendly (except Nicole at The Still House, she was the saving grace if there were one), the food at all on campus establishments left a bit to be desired (especially considering how much we love Twisted Olive), we had adjoining rooms neither held a comfortable temperature, lastly the in room massage was easily one of the worst I've ever had.
It was a very special place in my heart ❤ I simply love it. The decor and ambiance was impeccable.
Excellent food! Great drinks and STELLAR service!
My wife and I had a wonderful stay to celebrate her birthday. Gervasi was very intentional in following safe practices for everyone's health.
Clean, beautiful room with an amazing view.
