Fieldcrest Estate

As usual, it was wonderful. The staff, from the line cooks to the waitresses to the bartenders, are always friendly with smiles as part of their menu! We discovered this place on a whim as we drive past one Saturday afternoon. Best right turn I ever made. Worth the trip -- we live in Walton Hills. It's the first place we mention to family and friends looking for a great place to go for brunch. Great place, great atmosphere, great food, and great price!

The food that was there was good, but there was very little left to make a good salad & there was no bread, whatsoever! Our reservation time was 1:15. There were several open tables in the front. The hostess said she nodded to a woman (manager?) to see if there were any tables in the main dining room. The woman came up to the desk & said she would check. Then she proceeded to stop at several tables, asking about their checks, or if they needed anything. She ends up at a table where she was talking to the people who she was talking to when we got there. It was obvious the hostess was very uncomfortable making us stand around, especially since we had a 14 month old baby with us. Finally, the hostess went to the main dining hall & walked towards us very quickly saying she could seat us right away. We walked right past the manager (?) who was laughing & talking to the same people, not even attempting to get us seated. So about 12-15 minutes after our reservation time, we were seated, leaving us only a half hour to eat before they closed! They sat us at a card table with a table cloth on it, when there were several large wooden tables available. There wasn't much room to put our drinks & plates. Luckily, the wait staff went above & beyond to make sure we had a good experience once they took over! For the price of the buffet, I'd expect a much better dining experience!

We had a wonderful Veteran’s Day brunch here. Thank you all for the hospitality!!!nI was SO looking forward to this beautiful 2-story chicken coop and was disappointed to learn it hadn’t been a chicken coop for 30+ years! Still a gorgeous place though!!!

First time visiting their GLOW event. We had a great time! They're well organized and there's lot to do with the kids. Great jack o lantern displays! Can't wait to try the brunch soon.

We stopped in for buffet Sunday lunch for a birthday party. I wasn’t real impressed with the food served. I thought for such a nice place and hefty price, the food would be higher quality. Maybe the menu is a better route to go. I’ll have to stop in for another meal and reevaluate.
