I was referred to Brimstone Bicycles, a boutique bike shop, and I’m really thankful, especially because finding a bike—any bike—during the pandemic has become incredibly challenging. Eric and the others who work at Brimstone are extremely knowledgeable. They also went out of their way to help me when the bike manufacturer could not deliver because of unprecedented shortages. I would highly recommend this bike shop.
These guys are really customer focused and will go above and beyond to make sure that you get just what you want. They even offered to fix a bike that I bought somewhere else after they went out of business- that's an ethical team for you! Don't bother anywhere else. Buy local and support our community. Eric got me into a new gravel bike and I love it. Just took my first 25mi. ride to test it out. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Much better than my experience at Marty's bike shop. Highly recommend these guys.
