The clerk was as rude as I have ever experienced at any hotel in my life. When I handed her my credit card, she looked at it--front and back--for a good 2 minutes whilst asking continuously if it was a bank card or a prepaid card. After the third time she asked, I had to say specifically reiterate that yes, it is an actual credit card from a credit card company--and then she used it for the incidentals (we paid cash). Her tone was condescending and her demeanor was extremely passive-aggressive. She felt the need to inform us that there are cameras everywhere and that no one else is allowed in the room!! As if I was there to party or..whatever she was thinking. It made me feel gross. I will NEVER stay here again. I advise you all to avoid it, as well. It's broke down anyway; nothing like the pictures make it look. I think she treated us with suspicion because we're an interracial couple, honestly. That's not okay with me, but I can't prove it or I'd do something more than leave a review.
Kelly at the front desk was super friendly and even let us use their small conference room for our team to eat and have a meeting. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, looks just like the pics online. All around very good experience!
Call to see about reserving a room cuz I'm traveling and actually been staying in my vehicle for quite some time due to circumstances Beyond My Control got my stimulus check and was wanting to treat me and my service dog two three nights of niceness and enjoying a nice comfortable room for a while but because I did not have a major credit card management turn me down when I spoke with him on the phone and said I couldn't stay there they did say that that wasn't them that was just the head boss but I think that's really sad that just because a person has a bad credit score and can't afford a credit card that they get turned down at a hotel but that's all right happy New Year anyway
It was a decent price. Room was large and comfortable. Needs some work. But acceptable
The staff is awesome! Sherry, the day clerk is so helpful and friendly, customer service comes effortlessly and above beyond. Kevin, the night clerk, is as evenly friendly. He walks the halls as he ensures order and peace while you safely sleep. Thank you both for making my 2 week stay absolutely fantastic! If I ever need a room again I’ll be back!
