Jim, Bike Works Program Coordinator, is a gem. I saw the Mobile truck today and asked if he could work on my derailer, he assured me that he could. I brought my bike back and he fixed my issue and made sure my bike was safe to ride. The service that Jim provided was professional, skilled, and friendly. I would highly recommend this bike shop and Jim's services!

You know, I want to love this place. But they just charged $35 to change a spoke, and they somehow replaced it with a silver one on an all black wheel. What the heck? To top it off, I had to read my credit card information through an open window within earshot of all of the other customers in line. I understand covid19 stuff, but for real, get a credit card machine and hand it out side already.

This shop is the best, they were super helpful. I unfortunately picked a bike that was too large for me and they helped me out with that situation in a very considerate way

Totally bogus shop. Drove all the way there. No bikes and they want to talk to you through a glass screen. Totally rude and incompetent. No test rides because of the fear mongering virus. Take your business elsewhere.
