My 6yr old son Jax was recently diagnosed with Birkitt’s lymphoma. Prior to Jax’s diagnoses we were working on home renovations, a large part of that was needing a new roof. Our neighbors suggested Charm Builders. The owner, Allen, sent someone right out to do an estimate and we decided to go with them. We have only been home a total of 6 days since Jax had been diagnosed. My mom FaceTimed me to pick out the roof type and color. Charm Builders were wonderful with the whole process. Not to mention, anytime I talked to them, they asked how Jax was doing. I wasn’t home to give him the required down payment and he assured me it was okay and he would figure it out at the end. Well Monday they did my roof and we got to go home and see how amazing it looked. He told me he was going to send me the final bill today and when he did it showed a $0 balance, $0 BALANCE! He told us to take care of our son and to come home and have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year! I cannot even put into words how wonderful this company is! Not only were they fast and efficient and put on a beautiful roof, they truly cared about what we were going through and Jax’s health. We are beyond appreciative for what they have done for our family and the weight they have lifted from our shoulders! So I want to give the biggest “THANK YOU” to Charm Builders and Premier Metals for all of their hard work and generosity for doing this for our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!
