I give a definite 5star's to magnuson. Our family's stay there for two straight weeks was like being welcomed by family. There hospitality and demeanor there with all of us even our little bit of loud children lol (because you know how children can be)made me absolutely beside myself.

I was trying to get a room. I had called literally 30 times and no one answered. I get there and even though there was a sign saying open. The office door was locked with no one in sight. After knocking and ringing the bell for about ten minutes I walked to the first open door to a room and knocked to try and find management. He called the manager lady and had a kid let me in the office to wait while she walked over from her room at the motel. We waited 15 mins for her to show up. The kid then ran to get her because he even said it shouldnt have taken soo long. Five to ten mins later she finally walked over. I asked her what the monthly rate was for her to tell us (maskless, with her stomach hanging out of her shirt and redoing her ponytail while talking to us) that they werent renting rooms right now because they were remodeling and fixing pipes. Would have been nice if there was a note on the office door or a message on the voicemail informing us they were not renting rooms at this time. Or when the maintenance guy called her to let her know we were there looking for a room, to tell us then. But instead she wasted too much of our time. Not happy about the whole situation.

Great privacy, a more then amazing owner! We were late on one night and she had no issue we paid her the next day. Met every need we had. Prices unbeatable

Booked online and when I showed up I had to freeze outside waiting for the receptionist to finish arguing with her boyfriend/husband a few rooms down where I assume she stays. After showing up with a giant black eye to let me inside to finish checking in she realizes she didn’t have her keys so she made her way back to her room to argue a bit more and finally show back up to open the door, I am then told “we have no rooms available there all filled” not sure why my booking was confirmed if my room was sold to a previous customer. All in all place is unorganized and there is ZERO ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CUSTOMER
