Friendly and welcoming staff. They were able to accommodate my family at the last minute. Pet friendly.
I dont know where to start....We checked in on a Sunday night. Took over 5 minutes for desk clerk to get back to check in 3 guests waiting. The location needs updated, no usb charging station. Room cleaned every 5 days unless you ask...found that out after day 1. It was on a postcard by TV face down. The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired...Oh, did I mention you need to fill out a form by 10pm night before to order your breakfast....I travel a lot, this reminded me of staying in a super 8 or motel 6...I'm thinking they may have a total of 2 staff at any given day...Shame on Holiday Inn Exprsss....hope they contact me.
Very nice clean hotel, fast check in.nTrash left out in the hallways.nI travel here for business and the table that you have to use once you put your computer on it there's no room for anything else. It would be nice if they had a business center in each room. The chairs at the table after sitting on them for so long are very uncomfortable.nI have reports to write and zoom meetings to attend don't know if this will be my choice for a hotel for business coming back to this area. There's plenty of room to add a business center.nThere's only two plugins at the table so I have to unplug something in order to plug in my electronics.

Good protocols for covid, beautiful rooms and staff was courteous. Would have given 5 stars but we paid for our room in cash and then they accidentally charged us for the room again! It took several days to get the money back into our account and caused quite a few problems for us as we were traveling elsewhere. So we were very disappointed in that aspect. There needs to be better organization here when it comes to watching over payments and how peoples cards on file get charged.
