We moved here about 6 months ago. It is so peaceful and everybody that we have met so far are very nice ud83dude0a Renee the manager is very professional and nice. We are happy here !! Thank you for making us feel welcomed ud83dude0a
Great place especially compared to other parks in the area. Owner and management try to keep it clean and updated but roads need completely repaved and would be nice if there was some kind of community ammenities in the park like a playground at least. Lot rent is on the high side. They have periodic contests for decorations or landscaping where you can get a rent discount if you win, a annual community yard sale, and 2 dogs per home are allowed. They do have breed restrictions. Overall, would recommend! They don't just let everyone who applies in so it keeps the park nice and safe which I appreciate!
I live here and it's a very quiet park and its becoming very well kept.
