This place was a disgrace and way overpriced! Dirty sheets, bugs and dust on window, air conditioner only kept hall way cold, large gap in door, spiders everywhere, mattresses were sooo worn the springs were killer, the place was not clean at all we were terrified there would be bed bugs, but did not get bit... management was nice but I rather sleep in my car, but would not give refund. They had to give us a new mini fudge because the first one didn’t work, there was no TV, and People slept on air mattress on the deck and we watched a raccoon run past them. The only thing kinda nice about this place was the view of the water.

It was a very enjoyable stay! Rooms were cheap, right on the strip, private beach and the staff was so accommodating and nice. The office manager marcinda is awesome! Definitely the place to stay.

I reserved a room. Drove for 3 hours. No rooms were available lol.

Worst experience ever! The guy on the phone while booking the room “couldn’t spell anything” and had to have me spell literally everything out to him. So we get to the place to check in and get the key. The place smells like weed. Which whatever, I’ll look past that... we sign the paper and go to the room. (Which had no parking) go inside to find trash laying on the table, nasty dirty towels in the sink of the bathroom, used wash clothes in the shower, no toilet paper, and last but not least we pull the blanket back and there’s red stains all over the sheets. It was unacceptable. So we go to get a refund and get taken to the owners house. (Probably shouldn’t have done that but got no service from the original place). So the owner goes and looks at the room and makes up make the bed and says the room is fine. Grabs the trash and towel and tells us to meet him back and we’ll get our money back. The clerk asks for the card back and CHARGES IT AGAIN!! so now there’s two charges for the room instead of one. So now I’m waiting for my 250 back indeed of just 125. I’m glad I’m not that hurting for money.... probably ruined Geneva on the lake for me forever!
