BED BUGS.nMy neighbors came to visit and the room was bed bug infested!
The pool was clear and they provided a half used can of air freshener right on the dresser to mask the musty mold smell. It was easy to sleep on the 70's beat down mattress, flat pillows and ratty bedspread as there was no tv in the room to disturb your rest.That's the only things nice I can say about this place. Save your money.
My husband made reservations at this motel. When we got there, it looked deserted. There was a note on door telling you to go to Sands Motel to check in! I thought that was odd. It wasnt far away but still, odd. I wondered if maybe this place was so bad, the owner or manager won't even stay there! Not a good sign! Upon entering, the smell hit you. Very dirty musty smell. The carpeting is really dirty. I wouldnt sit any of my stuff on floor, even shoes! I had to use a towel to put on chair before i would sit down. No internet! No TV! The manager was kind enough to come to our room to try and fix TV. He couldnt fix it. No coffee, no ice, no kleenex, no internet and no TV. The manager was kind and so was the girl who cleaned. Our room had a microwave & fridge. Old but clean. Sheets were clean and towels were decent. We would never go back. Never! I dont recommend staying here.
We put our bag in our room at noon. Came back at 4pm and the do not disturb sign was on pur door and our bag was gone
I called for information and availability. I told the guy thanks. 5 minutes later he called me back with more information. I thought that was excellent customer service!
