We had a large group with a lot of kids. The bathroom/bedroom situation was accommodating. Plenty of parking.nThere were many little things that didn’t work real well: kitchen stove had issues, TV remotes needed batteries, the grill was sketchy.n3 of the 4 pull out coaches are in the main living room/kitchen area, so not good for kid sleeping.nThe steps going down to the water only go part way and the top rail road ties are tricky for adults or kids.nNot easy or safe when the waves are up to get into the water, but kids had fun when the water was calmer. A deck/flat place to sit down at the water would be nice.

When we arrived we had to get 4 lightbulbs for kitchen as they were burned out. Had to sweep spiderwebs (with spiders) from above kitchen counters. Dishwasher needed unloaded and someone had put a frypan with eggs in it so it was hardened and there were eggs at bottom of dishwasher. Spiders found with webs in serving bowls in cabinet, earwig in stove top.nNo fence from back fire pit area to steep drop to lake, and dangerous area with wood before stairs to go down to lake. Could not let kids go out unattended, nor on back upper level balcony as the railing was shaky and there were signs not to lean on railing. Oven not cleaned and any little bit of usage made fire alarm go off. There is no washer or dryer and only one refrigerator with freezer for this rental.nThe location was great as far as being right in area of activities and near enough to beach. The view was lovely and most evenings were spent by fire pit and down near lake edge (although you had to watch getting your chair up and down hill). The bedrooms were fine and area for dining big enough for our large family group. Living room area small for all of us to be together. Outside area was rough and needed more care.
