I've been around for 60 plus years so its not my first rodeo.nI have dealt with companies that have provided great service, but not like this. From the sales staff to the owner and all the laborers in between. No waiting, no hassle, no time wasted. Roof was completed in 1 day. Workers showed up at 7am & went straight to work. By 9:30 all shingles were off the house and the detached garage. They ended up putting a whole new roof on both the house & garage then started the re-shingle process. By 7pm they were done! The owner, Shane, stopped by twice to see if I had any questions. I did, the big question was that I expected just to have new shingles.. I asked Shane, how did I end up with a whole new roof? Shane stated that his company had contacted my insurance provider & had sent pics with an explanation of what needed to be done. They negotiated with the insurance company and they approved all extra work!nProfessionalism & service like this is not the norm these days.nIt is with Roof detective. We would like to thank Keith Meyer and The Roof Detective for making the entire roof replacement process easy and quick. We had wind damage in our area and he did a good job of explaining the process, options and timeline. On the day of the install, they were on time and had it all done and completely cleaned up by that evening. We liked that they even ran a magnet around our yard to make sure there weren't any nails that we needed to worry about. Great experience and we would highly recommend!

My entire experience with The Roof Detective was outstanding! From the moment I called to ask about an estimate through the end of the installation, every phase was smooth and professional. Anthony was phenomenal to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, helped with my insurance claim, and was clear in explaining all steps and details for the installation of my new roof and gutters. He was very communicative and ensured the work was done not only well but also timely. The crews were efficient and did a thorough job when cleaning up afterward. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend Anthony and The Roof Detective!
