Use these guys! The quality and timeliness of the work is merely the starting point. The price was the best of the half dozen roofers who bid on the job. They meticulously cleaned the site every day. Not only were my calls/emails answered on the same day I placed them, the job representative (and the owner) took the initiative to ensure my questions/concerns were fully addressed and that I was satisfied with the work.

First time needing a new roof.. Keith and Keri were so nice and willing to answer all of my (probably dumb) questions and really took the time to thoroughly explain every little thing to me. We had a lot of inspections and quotes and ultimately chose 614 exteriors because of their easy to read/broken down quote and friendly vibes. Our rental company will definitely be using them again in the future (if and when we need another new roof or roof repairs). I highly recommend getting them out for a free inspection.

They were awesome! This was my first time needing a roof and they were patient with me with all my questions and payment. Super understanding with how it all works. The roof was on before I could send them anything. They assisted me with my insurance. I would definitely do business with them again.

When it came time for a new roof I asked my friend, “What company did you use for your home?”. My friend, who is very critical and detail oriented, strongly recommended Keith at 614 Exteriors. So, I gave Keith a call.nnAfter meeting with Keith, I did not bother getting additional estimates because he; answered all my questions, knew my price range for my neighborhood, I saw the quality of work on my friend's house, and he was genuine in assisting me with the decision-making.nnThe day came for the new roof, it when flawlessly. The roofing crew used tarps to collect any debris from falling in the lawn and flower beds, which is important to me because I do not want anyone to step on a nail. When I went up on the roof to check things out the foreman explained to me the changes I requested and the necessary updates. By the end of the day, everything was as if they were not there minus the new roof.nnIn my opinion, 614 Exteriors is second to none. Keith is a constant professional.

Keith was very helpful from the beginning. He came recommended by our neighbor and we were very pleased. The staff helped us navigate the insurance process and successfully negotiated with insurance on our behalf. The work was well done, in and out in one day and they left the driveway cleaner than when they arrived. There were a couple minor issues I noticed and they didn't hesitate to come back out and fix it right away. They are honest, fair, and do good work; what else can you ask for?
