The Beechwold bicycle has excellent customer service and they guarantee that when you drop off your bike it will repaired within 24 hours. They know their business and can fix just about ever little thing that has to do with bicycles. I highly recommend this place if you want your bike fixed right.

I've been dealing with these guys since last spring and I now consider them good friends. I enjoy just coming to hang out, talk shop, talk life, and pet the dog. They consistently provide good honest work for a fair price. Helpful. Forthright. Trustworthy. Good craftsmanship. They have helped me reimagine and build 2 vintage bikes now. I brought my bike in after an accident to see what needed to be done to get it back up and running. He adjusted the derailleur while I waited, then we chatted for about half an hour (realized after the fact that the chat went well past their closing time). Very friendly, helpful and affordable! The cute shop puppy Bonnie was a great bonus!

Michael, Luke and Jack Payne are wonderful proprietors. The gears on my 21 speed bicycle that is 20 years old were not working well. I took the bike to two different big box stores. One store quoted $250 for a total rebuild. The second store quoted $488. They both insisted that that was what I needed. I am so thrilled that I found the Paynes through their website which says that they treat your bicycle like their own and only do what’s necessary.They listened to what I needed to have done. Quoted $55. Had the bike ready in 24 hours.The bike works perfectly now and solved just exactly the problem that I had. Michael, the dad, discussed his history in the bike business and told me that there was no need for me to get a new hybrid bike if I liked my mountain bike that I merely ride three times a week for 30 minutes each day around the neighborhood as I am 76 years old.This shop and these people are a rare find. You will be delighted working with them and should recommend them to everyone you know.

It has become increasingly difficult to find a bicycle shop that provides good, dependable service. Beechwold Bicycles is at the top of my list for getting good care for my bicycle. The employees are sincerely enthusiastic about bicycles and do great work!
