Front desk was very polite and friendly. Beds not the greatest, but somewhere to sleep for the night atleast. Cleanliness was much less than to be desired. Pretty disappointing for a Hilton partner.
Experience here was great, rooms were extremely clean and guest services were exceptional. I recommend this place and will return.
The lady at the front desk was amazing I was over 5 hours late getting in there so I didn't get into that morning and instead of making me check out at 11:00 she canceled and refunded my room and still let me check in at 7:00 that morning and didn't have to check out the next day and didn't charge nothing extra very very nice place very nice people
If I could report zero stars I would. Yes a nice hotel until you see the biggest bed bug of your life! Be careful! Brought it down to the lobby. We'll never stay at another Holiday Inn Again because of this location.
Room dirty. Shower water when from hot to cold. Elevator needs repair. Better interaction hotel staff with guests.nPoor choices for breakfast.
