Honestly not the best place. I was on the 3rd floor and didn’t know it was the smokers floor. Constantly smelled weed in the air. Slept with the window open the whole month i was there. Witnessed several fight and a police raid. Definitely not staying there ever.
My stay here started out a little rough with the original employees that were here when I arrived. Then my stay was made incredible and enjoyable after I had the pleasure of meeting their best employee whose name is Brittny. She is amazing and provides excellent customer service. If i were employing Brittny I would do whatever it took to ensure that Brittny was happy with her position and the amount she's paid for the incredible customer/hospitality services she provides with a smile.
Terrible customer service. Rude and unwelcoming. Not urgent to care for others needs. Mouthy and disrespectful to paying guests. Treats you more like a tenant than a hotel guest. Just rude
amazing service and even better employees! the rooms were very clean . 10/10 will come here again !
There was an especially kind lady at the front desk. I believe her name was cam. Loved her energy and she was overall super kind to me. I will definitley be coming back
