The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff is efficient, helpful and service oriented. Brandon was the manning the front desk when we arrived. He was exceptional as was Casey who was at the front desk in the morning.
It was very nice and great accommodations at a surprisingly affordable rate. The staff was awesome and pleasant as well. Over all wonderful experience.
Checked in about 10p.m had 3kids excited and tired. One screamed in excitement walking in. When the desk lady asked if that was our child and we said yes she said they would have to be quiet so we didn't get a noise complaint and also switched us room to where we couldn't no longer have a roll away bed just so we wouldn't be around other people. It was already late our kids went to sleep after baths not like they were gonna be up all night partying and loud. Without the roll away bed all kids had to share a bed I wasn't to happy but we were tired and ready to just get everyone in bed. She came off kinda rude but at the very end said she did this for all guest with children so I don't know. I rated them a 3 due to that experience. If that had never happened it would be a 5.
This hotel was perfectly located for our visit to Miami University and all of the staff we met over our stay were pleasant, professional, friendly, and helpful. I was impressed with their kindness and openness. Our room was spotless. The lovely young woman at check-in (we were tired after a VERY long drive) suggested somewhere to get a nice dinner and mentioned other places we could grab meals that would be local, not national chains. Overall, I was impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Very clean, modern rooms with great details posted about the extra cleaning measures that are being taken during the 2020 pandemic.
