Matrix Hotels

On Sept 26th I stayed at Hoem2Suites in Queensbury NY, a property owned by the Matrix Hotels. We were awakened in the middle of the night by the front desk to a complaint from noise she thought was coming from our room. Long story short there was no noise coming from our room, I complained about this to Hilton and left several voicemail message for the General Manager and a message with the front desk. Still three weeks later I have not received a call to discuss the matter. In addition I spoke to James McGillivary, VP of Operations for the Matrix Company. It is now eight days later after we spoke that he said he was going to the hotel to visit and discuss my matter and I have not even heard from him in response to the hotel Manager response. DO NOT EVER go to this Hotel as the staff, the General Manager and the owners of the property to not care about customer satisfaction. I am so baffled by the total disregard and ignorance of all involved. I am an essential working traveling to four states every week and this is the way people are treated.
