Comfort Inn & Suites Milford / Cooperstown

Excellent Staff at every turn during my stay .. my wife is in the hospital there in Cooperstown and these people made me feel very at home .. and for this kind of price they have a Pool and jacuzzi! Just super.. enjoyed it last night to relieve some serious stress.. I am on tour alot of the year and use many hotels and I'm quite impr with there servo, cleanliness and the very nice rooms.. good job, keep up the good work !

My wife and I wanted to take a mid-week trip to the Hall of Fame and stayed for two nights at the Comfort Inn. The rooms were clean and fresh. That's important because as we all know because of the pandemic, business is slower for everyone. It's obvious that these folks take their work seriously. When we had a problem in our room Paul and then John from management did a terrific job and we simply moved to another room for the second night of our stay. Thier attention was swift and much appreciated. I highly recommend and will certainly be back when I'm in that area once again.

Good stay in Cooperstown. Just down the road from the fields, and a short distance from Ommegang brewery. Rooms were nice(2 queen beds in ours), and the place was quiet due to covid. Recommended.

Some of these properties are well managed and it makes all the difference in the world. Maintenance could always improve. No one cleans AC filters, and plumbing occasionally needs a wrench.

Horrible place to stay. I stayed here for 1 month on business. The washer & Dryer was broke down for 15 days. The AC and mini fridge did not work in my room. They keep the indoor pool closed, because they don’t want to count 10 people at a time. The snack machines stay completely empty. There is one nice staff member, but the rest are rude, and the manager is the worst. He acts like he doesn’t even want guests. He’s horrible.
