Best Western Cooperstown Inn & Suites

If I could give this zero stars I would. I booked a room block for my wedding and 4 months later a guest called me to tell me that I did not seem to have a block set up with them. I called to confirm and it turns out that they never actually put my information in, AND they told me that they could not accommodate the request anymore. Still 6 months out from the wedding weekend. Unbelievable.nnUpdate based on comment: I have call record on my phone from when I called and was told by your staff that I was all set. It's not my fault that I recieved incorrect information from your staff. I don't appreciate the dismissal and question of me remembering which hotel I spoke with.

Excellent staff! Always hot coffee in the lobby! The pool was great! Our rooms were great! Definitely recommend!

CleannFriendly StaffnAffordablenGreat LocationnStopped here on the way Back From Albany Medical where my son had a Dr. Appointment it was very relaxing 1 night stay over in Cooperstown.nThe Pool and Workout areas were open with the caveat you make a reservation to swim or workout didn’t have my bathing suit so I skipped the swim by worked out.nThey also would coordinate a breakfast meal for you if you called down the front desk this enabled everyone to comply with social distancing.

This is a beautiful Best Western. It is actually not in Cooperstown it is in a town called Index. Whole area is truly beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful anything we needed we were given. The rooms were extremely clean. They adhere to covid-19 rules. The pool is magnificent. Highly recommend staying here.

Hotel is fine. Staff is nice. Rooms clean. Would be 5 stars except one of our beds is all sunken in in the middle. Otherwise a perfectly acceptable stay.
