We were having some unplanned and unexpected repairs done at our home which rendered it uncomfortable for the evening. Based on his experiences in other cities, my husband called Holiday Inn Express, which was only two miles from home. Jennifer made the reservations quickly and easily. Check-in was a breeze. The room was spacious and IMMACULATE. Every employee in the hotel I encountered had a smile and a greeting. I was tired, sweaty and frustrated by the situation at home, but Holiday Inn Express was like a little overnight oasis...and free breakfast next morning???? Bonus! Would not hesitate to stay there again!
Wonderful place. All amenities available in room and packaged breakfasts. Perfect! Except for TV didn't work. They offered to move us to another room after we were unpacked and in bed. This should have been checked prior to guest checkin. Or small compensation $$ for that. All else good.
We stayed there while my wife had surgery in Syracuse. It was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Cracker Barrel next door made eating simple. Easy on and off interstate. Only thing because of the virus their pancake machine wasn't available. The breakfast was still pretty good.
Good comfort, but noise reduction needed from highway and lots of kids running down halls. Staff was wonderful and even brought out breakfast early for us, due to our flight.
Perfect location for us traveling north, easy access to the highway, restaurant right next door. Breakfast included.
