I had to make a change of plans and the customer service was excellent. I called the front desk and Ron picked up to assist me... He was very pleasant and worked with me. It was all at such quick notice and everything still worked out. Excellent customer service.

The food was stunning and very tasty. The hotel itself was very grand and spotless. Cannot say much about the staff however. Perhaps not the most welcoming.

The rooms a shockingly nice,I have my reserve with some of the clientele. Customer service is good,the neighborhood has a little bit of everything (gas stations,restaurants,banks,ect..)

The only thing that made this hotel ok was the front desk. Friendly and accommodating service at check in. But as I write this review I am sitting in my barely clean, dated room listening to a loud party going on across the hall. It is midnight. I will not get any sleep tonight.
