Days Inn by Wyndham Canastota/Syracuse

My non-smoking room smelled of smoke. I had to leave the window open to air it out but felt unsafe because I was next to the parking lot so I creatively barricaded the window with the already broken floor lamp and a chair. The bathroom wall had a hole from the doorknob. Aside from everything being outdated, the nightstand appeared dirty so I used a bath towel as a placemat. I’ve stayed in far better hotels for way less so would not recommend this location at all.

The room cleaned . but bed pillows were stained and hard beds. But pet friendly and staff friendly but good for a night ud83cudf19stay. Halls smell badly from smokers

Other than a place to lay our heads this place was much to be desired. It wasn't very clean,could hear everything thru the walls and microwave sounded like it was going to explode ,just a disappointment. Not sure if because of restrictions or what but no breakfast, juice machine was out of order. There is a pick up truck out front full of garbage, not sure if using for dumpster or what,but very tacky. Back entrance was never clear of ice nor sidewalks shoveled. Would not recommend.

Amazing staff! Very accommodating! So friendly and the rooms are remodeled and very affordable!

Certainly clean enough, and not much highway noise. Staff very friendly and helpful.nThe window curtain did not completely block the outside lights.
