Pleasant Night Inn

No stars... I will not ever stay there again. The rooms are dirty . Stains on the bedding. Towels smells sour. Microwave was dirty. The mini refrigerator was warm and noisey. Book water pressure in the shower or hot water. Full grown-up adults running up and down the hallway acting like children. Thin walls you can hear your neighbor. Hallway smells like weed . People sleeping in their car in the parking lot.

We weren’t greeted by staff at all. Terrible service, my room was so gross I have hair on my flat sheet that wasn’t mine. The only thing that greeted me was a roach. Absolutely nasty! The little soaps and shampoos they give you we’re used and the coffee machine they leave in the room was covering in roaches.

Stayed here multiple times guy at front desk is very accommodating breakfast is a little slim but rooms have Keurig and a DVD player overall very clean my favorite hotel so far in Jefferson county ❤ufe0f

We stayed at Pleasant Inn while we were visiting my in laws for Thanksgiving.nThe staff is very friendly.nThe room was clean, but it smell a little musty. The sink in the bathroom was a little clogged, but I informed the front desk and they immediately came and fixed it.nThe continental breakfast was OK, but the juice selection very limited, overall not a bad experience, but this place could use a little bit of improvement.

We walked into our room at 2:30 am and it hadn’t been cleaned from guests before. Bed wasn’t made. Towels on the floor trash cans full. Needless to say we got another room. Sheets were stained. Towels look like someone doesn’t know how to run a washing machine. It looked like someone blew their nose into the towel and hung it back on the rack. We found out later hotel is recently under new owners which would explain the good reviews this place has had prior. Would not recommend. Would not stay here again.
