Greene Mountain View Inn

Just spent a long weekend at this inn for new years and had such a blast! We had a group of 26 people and had plenty of space. It was a 10 minute drive to Hunter Mountain for snowboarding and skiing. Not only is the place awesome, but the owner is incredibly communicative and helpful. He worked with us for every thing that we needed or had any questions about. There is a building manager who lives on site who was there if we needed any help, but otherwise we barely noticed he was there. I would highly recommend staying here with a large group for a ski trip!

Amazing place to go for a Shabbos for extended family or small Yeshiva. Very homey, cozy, and quaint. We went with small Yeshiva, the pool table kept the boys so busy, and the catered food was delicious! Owner is great to work with, and we had a great time!

The place was very quaint and rustic. We have been there 3 yrs in a row and while it wasn't glamorous it was nice and pleasant. HOWEVER now there are new owners and the place is a mess. We loved this place but will never be going back. What a shame! You should avoid this place as there are many better options in the area.

Made reservation and paid online. When we arrived, cleaning person gave us a room. Later, manager says he wasn't notified, we had to show our email receipt to satisfy him. Smoke detector kept beeping, removed battery and told manager, no replacement given. Cold water valve would not shut off a trickle of water. No one around the next morning when the front door locked behind us. On the positive, the ac worked, room was clean.
