I booked the room for my grandson's needed surgery. Open the door to the room...the smell of mold hits you in the face. The room was dirty...not vacuumed...inches of dust on the furniture. Sheets and pillows also questionable. Went into the bathroom...mirror covered with a film and water spots...sink and counter dirty. The coffee pot where you pour in the water was dirty. Toilet also dirty...along the bottom of it was a dirt rim. Under the sink was dirt...As a Healthcare worker Covid 19 sanitizing procedures clearly not followed. Not recommended.
We only made it a couple hours before I had to leave the room smelled, the mini fridge was dirty and smelly, also found ants in March and bathroom looked like wasn’t cleaned there was someone’s leftover soap still in there as well as hair clinging to the tub
Tweeker motel, and manager went rummaging through our belongings when we were away out of the room.
Not handicapped accessible. In 2020, that's criminal.
When we were driving almost all the brand name hotels were full. I had called holiday express and they were asking $230 for one night for two queens. Then we checked relax inn and wow! Amazing experience no smell, very relaxed family. I think the family lives in the hotel, but very clean and good place. We got a room for $79! Couldn’t beat that price.
