Best Western Crown Inn & Suites

Room clean, bed comfortable, pillows awful. No cups in room, coffee maker did not have a place to put coffee in..missing part. No door handle on inside of bathroom door. If my hubby was there alone he would still be in that bathroom. Jacuzzi was nice.

Room,building was clean. Good afforadble room for the night. Would stay again

2nd week out here for work I pay for a whole week in cash and leave my card on file they took cash then charged my card and the lady at the desk won’t call a manager or the person that was working earlier to figure it out don’t even know how you can take 437 cash and then charge there card 300 like I wouldn’t notice on my banking app also showed her the charge and gives me the run around definitely last time I will stay here SCUMBAGS

Nice rooms, clean, could use bigger pillows. The pool and hot tub were not heated and the breakfast was a bag with a water bottle, a honeybun, chewy bar and apple.

We were not happy with the cleaneness , there was hair stuck in blow dryer. The mirror was not washed. Cobwebs strung on the bathroom lights, and mold in corner of bathroom ceiling. Pool was cold also had 6 unsupervised younger guest that resulted in them taking up the entire pool. My children could not even swim . it ruined their stay as well.
