Super 8 by Wyndham Batavia E of Darien Lake Theme Park

Planned a one night date night on Thursday, for SATURDAY! Drive all the way there get told our room was canceled! Mind you we had the jacuzzi room (main reason we picked this hotel) The lady seemed to not even care, I asked well can we re book it,? She says no someone came this morning and booked it. No call to us nothing, so un professional!!! Smelled like weed the minute you walked in... thank god we found somewhere way better. Unreal.

Overall nasty. Front desk employee Tammy tried to correct all that was wrong but my stay was completely ruined. Will never be going back there again.

They never answer their phone so unprofessional

I'm going to be quite blunt: it's small and not very roomy. But it gets the job done, it's well maintained despite it's looks, and the staff are friendly, the breakfast options are by no means amazing, but aren't horrible, fairly okay... Overall, if I do end up coming around to Batavia again, I may stay here...

Good price. Clean rooms. Excellent staff. Close to Batavia Downs and Alex's.
