Clean and convenient location, and they allow dogs. Was a very comfortable stay.

Trash everywhere. Sink still plugged from January. Toilet runs all night. Desk clerk sleeping at counter when I tried to check out. Side door is broken. Anyone can just walk in. Go elsewhere. The garbage and shopping cart is outside the room window

Very very very old and dirty. The rooms stunk like smoke even though they were non-smoking rooms. Some of the rooms didn't even have door handles.

Staff super friendly and anxious to go that extra mile for. My next stay in this area will definitely be at the Days Inn of Batavia.

God, I’d need to write a book on how many things there are WRONG with this hotel.n1. It just looks very unappealing from the outside, not welcoming at all.n2. Very bland rooms and front lounge area.n3.We has to CHANGE ROOMS because the smoke smell in the first room was UNBEARABLE.n4. There are BUGS.n5. The rooms need SERIOUS HELP.nnPlease, PLEASE pick one of the other hotels in the area. They are bound to be nicer than THIS.
