Holiday Inn Express & Suites Malone

Wonderful stay. Clean and very friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice. Kids had a great time.

The customer service is great! I frequently stay at this hotel to visit my family I have all over Malone and Constable. This recently I left a bunch of clothes in my room and I didn’t know until I was out of state, so they kindly shipped them to me and they were very patient with me! I will keep on staying until I have no choice! Thanks!

Clean room and service was amazing Leann and Amanda where great and soo friendly and went above and behind to let my kids swimming pool bc of covid it was booked...we called the hot line and they informed us we can swim whenever well that wasn't quit the case u have to reserve it bc of covid....this was the whole reason we booked this hotel....

5 rooms reserved..unable to use pool..unable to check in earlyn..no hot water..streets lights in your eyes all night..elevator broke. walking 3 flights is hard when you have arthritis...not going there again..the breakfast was excellent
