We booked a room two months before our trip was set to take place. The booking we made was for Comfort Inn (located in the same parking lot as Quality Inn). We arrived at Comfort Inn and showed them our booking confirmation. They told us they had no reservation under our name. They then suggested that we go over to Quality Inn (a much older and dirtier hotel). After a short drive through the parking lot we pulled up to Quality Inn. We explained our situation to the manager, Kay. He said we did in fact have a reservation at Quality Inn. We were very confused as our booking confirmation states it is for Comfort Inn. He explained that Quality Inn used to be a Comfort Inn and that this may have caused some confusion. We let him know that we were upset as we paid for a nicer hotel, he did not seem to care. He also let us know that our room would not have two queen beds (like the reservation said) but one. I explained that we paid for two queen beds and that we would like a room with two beds or a discount on the room with only one. He told us that he would not do anything and that we could only have a room with one bed as that’s what he showed as booked (contrary to the booking confirmation we showed him). Needless to say we were very disillusioned and dissatisfied with our stay, the rude/unhelpful manager Kay and the online booking service. We paid for what we thought was a much nicer, newer hotel that did have two beds. This is false advertising at its finest. If we could give 0 stars we would.

This Quality Inn is the best lodging for the dollar in the Zion National Park area. Rates are reasonable and rooms are clean. Great wifi too boot. The very best thing about this hotel are the folks who work there. Kay and his staff go the extra mile to meet your needs. They were always happy and friendly.

We were very happy with our stay. Rooms are clean, not expensive and this was a great place for us to stay while visiting Zion National Park. It takes about 30-35 minutes to get there from this location but we didn't mind; we enjoyed the ride there. The owning is also a really nice guy. You won't regret staying here.

Don't stay here. When I arrived the man at the front desk was quiet for a good 10 seconds before I said I had a reservation, after he asked for my card and i.d. he said nothing and then gave me my room key. No greeting bad customer service. After getting to my room I find the two chairs and the floor dirty, there was also a paper with water rings on it on the night stand like someone had been lounging in the room before we came. My bed sheets had yellow and black stains, when I called the front desk the man said he'd come check like he didn't belive it? After showing him he proceeded to say "Well if you're looking for it of course you're going to find yellow stains. If you go into 10 other rooms you'll find it on those too." DISGUSTING. When I told him I wanted new sheets he seemed upset and said he'd be right back. After leaving my door open for 5 minutes he sent an older woman to change the sheets, she knocked on the door and when I opened it she just stood there looking at me with sheets in her hand. I told her to come in and the entire time she was in the around me she didn't say anything until I said thank you. Bad overall experience, bad customer service, and bad room cleaning

Front desk service was great. Manager Kay was very friendly. Hotel is quiet, clean and has a good selection of tv channels. We didn't have breakfast there so I cannot comment on that. For a budget hotel (we paid like $55 a night) it's really great
